Panel 5: Planning for resilience in the Caribbean countries

This panel will examine the territorial challenges of the Caribbean in relation to natural risks and vulnerabilities, as well as the need to strengthen capacities and resilience. Attention will be drawn to the magnitude of the risks and the social, economic and institutional costs, and emphasis will be placed on the need for commitment to resilience planning commensurate with the challenges.
